@CookingIssues I added a touch more cocoa powder in the nyt recipe than listed because it was extremely watery at first and it thickened as it cooled.

WS is smoother and slightly less thick. It spoons from the jar very nicely. It hardens slightly on the ice cream, becoming nicely chewy.
