Here’s the response we sent to World of Game Design this morning. We’ve set a clear expectation: provide a firm production and delivery schedule by Monday, or we will move forward with our attorney to resolve the matter:🧵

Hey everyone, Daniel here. I heard back from Jared at World of Game Design at 4:08pm CST.

He shared that they plan to deliver a full response, including delivery dates and additional details, within the next 24 hours. 🧵

If we’re unable to reach that level of clarity and commitment by next Monday, we will move forward with the next steps to formally protect the project, our backers, and the brand, including engaging our legal representative.
