Research doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes, it starts with studying something most people overlook.
What question would you explore if you had the chance?🫴
Today, scientists are using it to:
• Treat genetic diseases
• Improve crops
• Potentially cure conditions once thought impossible
All because someone asked:
“How is this tiny organism surviving?”
That curiosity led Jennifer Doudna and other researchers to study how bacteria defend themselves.
What they found was shocking-
bacteria had a way to recognize and cut invading DNA.
Years later, that same system became CRISPR (a technology that can edit genes).
In 1995, a young scientist was studying bacteria that live in hot
places most life shouldn’t survive.
But these organisms were thriving.
Instead of ignoring it, she asked a simple question:
“How are they doing this?🤨”
A meeting was held with the Faculty President to discuss plans for the upcoming Research Orientation Programme.
Further details will be communicated.

Interested in research but not sure where to begin?🤷🌚
The Faculty of Science Research Club will be introducing an orientation programme designed to guide students on how to get involved in research activities.🔬⚡
Further details will be shared soon.🔥
i have never seen a woman suffer when she is just busy pursuing education, career and money but i've seen a lot of women lose their souls, have mental breakdowns and almost go crazy when they're too busy chasing love and men
