CO’s PT on Friday was an @AustralianArmy birthday present focused on preparing our soldiers physically and mentally, as well as a bit of tug-of-war fun at the end. A PTI’s interpretation of ‘birthday present’ is an interesting one... #ArmyInMotion #DutyFirst

Combat behaviours were the focus this week, with the Tiger Battalion using the Combat Skills Development Area to combine urban operations with simulated munitions (Airsoft) and Army First Aid training. Throw in the Darwin humidity, and physical conditioning is a big part too!!!
