@w_s_bitcoin @Square QR code defaults to cash app -> no cashapp on phone default to lightning app. Or if you scan the QR from a bitcoin app just ignores the cash app part and goes to the invoice. Similar to the unified BIP 21 UX

Just cash info on terminal. You’d put the bitcoin part on the sender imo. They scan, defaults to cash, there is an option on the senders phone to pay in bitcoin, probably nothing too prominent so it doesn’t add friction to the regular cash paying clients. It’s usually senders who want to pay in bitcoin so the onus should be on that end not the terminal operator
