@myGovau called to get help and was told they will release my email address so I can re-register using the same email,but it’s still saying the email is already in use. How long does is take to release my email address? I have waited over 24hours.

@myGovau Still unsuccessful. Why does it take so l long to release an email? Is there someone competent to resolve the issue? I’ve just been told a ticket has been raised with IT with no timeframe when the issue will be resolved. It’s getting ridiculous.

@IWCouncil reported a street light that hasn’t been working for a year and still no one has come to sort it out. There’s also a very dangerous pothole in the same lane way. Please sort it out. Wooley lane behind 370 Illawarra rd, Marrickville.

@myGovau I’ve been told I no longer have access to the previous account. One week has past and I’m still waiting for my email address to be realised so I can create a new account. I was initially told 20mins then phoned back a day after to be told wait another 24hrs. Still unresolved...
