Extremely frustrating delays were not advised until practically departure time despite driver being held up which should have been obvious.

@SW_Help possibly strange question, but are the scanners on the barriers all the same stock? Always have issues leaving Winchester, but scans without any fuss at all at Waterloo? Makes you feel like you’re holding everyone up especially with the very limited number of gates!

@virginmedia I had, never helpful, always just says cables aren’t connected, absolute rubbish seeming as your engineer installed the wires. App does not actually update unless you close and reopen, now an issue in area estimated fix 1800. Forced to stream F1 on phone. Should be owed comp.
