What makes Break’s ending so heartbreaking is that he finally forgave himself and started to appreciate how beautiful life could be right before the end, and after being ready to die at any moment for so long, he found himself wishing he could stay a little longer with his loved ones, but he never got that chance and ultimately died with tears in his eyes.
