Return of our #WordWednesday#hepatitis C causes damage to the liver. When the liver tried to fix itself, it creates scar tissue. An accumulation of this scar tissue on the liver is called cirrhosis (a.k.a. liver stiffening).

#PrEP and #PEP are awesome medications that prevent you from acquiring HIV. PrEP is for people who are continually exposed to HIV whereas PEP is for people who are infrequently exposed to HIV
