Breakups are ok. Losing friends is ok. Moving on is ok. Healing is ok. Saying no is ok. Being alone is ok. What is NOT ok is staying somewhere where u don't feel happy, valued, loved or appreciated.
Me & my fiancé started a shared note where we add things we come across that we like or want. When one of us wants to buy the other something randomly we can just go to the note & pick something off the list 😌 now everyone is happy getting things they want.
