Had a lovely time visiting @The_RHS Chelsea Flower Show. They’ve made a ‘Feel Good’ garden for the NHS which is all about mental health. After the show the whole garden is being moved to an NHS Trust! Lovely.
Incredible piece on @theJeremyVine@BBCRadio2 about gardening and #MentalHealth. Gardening definitely helped my #PND and it’s why we’ve taken on an allotment to help with my mental health for baby number 2. It’s also been amazing for our 6 year old.

Visit to the doctors today because I felt unwell. My good friend suggested I got my blood pressure checked. All fine but I’ve been advised to spend the day resting and rehydrating! Sometimes you just need to take time to look after yourself especially at 32 weeks pregnant.
