Some thoughts:

-$XLE is testing 200DMA, could realistically rebound

-$XBI and Chinese names have a higher likelihood of grinding out stage 1 bases than continuing up from here. Many still very early w/ fresh overhead.

-$SPX 30WMA angle downward looks eerily like 2001/2008.

@TLPrivate_ Started $SQQQ at $53 on the big reversal bar this morning. Up some lunch money with stop at even.

Tomorrow is looking like a mess, but probabilities leaning to the downside still. Open to changing my mind if $QQQ makes a convincing push over the 50DMA.

It’s 2019-20 run has some good insight. 200D support through overhead in 2019, then bounces on the 50D in the huge runup in 2020. 21D seems weaker against overhead/congestion range.

@TLPrivate_ Strategy has been to stay engaged, study the market downside and timidly engage with shorting. Haven’t been more than 20% invested in a while now.

Slow grind with small gains, but I feel like I’m building a foundation in a tough market.
