@nxwestmidlands can you please tell me why the number 3 bus due at 4.55pm at Swanhurst Lane decided to fly straight past me and not stop?? I have to be somewhere urgently. It wasn't even full and he didn't even try! Again your service is vile
@nxwestmidlands hi, can you tell me if I'm going to get charged twice this morning - was on the number 2 which hit a car by Sparkbrook so I just had to get off and get another bus to finish the journey. Thanks.
@nxwestmidlands any reason the number 2 /3 buses are horrifically late again? In fact, forget late, not even turning up? This is a consistent problem and it really needs sorting.

Interesting. Had2pay over asking for a doer upper property last yr. Many agents didn't call me back or allow me a viewing if I couldn't make/was too late for their single block viewing on a house. Now I'm seeing many of those I wasn't called back on back on the market. #property
@AnyVan You're not sorry - I spoke to someone on the day. You also lied about the extra flight of stairs - I confirmed it in a comments box on the booking form as there was nowhere else to add it. No one contacted me about it. You just turned up and took the extra money from my account.
Do not book @AnyVan to do your removals. Let down last minute by my original guy, I booked them the day before and they've arrived and are charging me ยฃ40 extra to walk up stairs - because the flat is not flat, it is a duplex... 1/2
And to back up my absolute horrific experience with @AnyVan today - did I mention the ยฃ40 charge just to walk up ONE flight of stairs to get my bed... here. Below.
My 74 year old dad ended up practically breaking his back to help me out rather than pay those cowboys even more.
I've had two tweets like this, so for balance I should say some people HAVE had positive @AnyVan experiences whereas I - to recap - have found them to be cowboys and liars offering a service they can't provide, and absolutely fuck them forever. BALANCE.
