I am writing to you today as a concerned individual who has closely observed the recent decisions made by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (@SECGov) regarding legal actions against prominent cryptocurrency companies such as #Binance and #Coinbase. As I pour my emotions onto this tweet, I cannot help but express my deep disappointment, sadness, and frustration with the direction the SEC has taken.

I have decided to invest in cryptocurrencies because I have trust in them and for many years I have been in crypto they never dissapointed me. Now it is the first time I am actually worried. Instead of fostering an environment that encourages growth and protection for the everyday investor, these actions have ignited a wildfire of panic, causing individuals to sell their hard-earned crypto assets out of sheer terror. The consequences of these decisions ripple through the market, leaving many users financially wounded and their dreams shattered. Where were you when #FTX happened? Where were you when other big companies went into bankrupcy including biggest banks?

Mr. Gensler, it is disheartening to witness how a regulatory body that should be safeguarding its citizens is driving them towards a state of constant apprehension. The SEC's frequent lawsuits against cryptocurrency platforms only serve to heighten anxiety and undermine the trust that millions of people have placed in this transformative technology. Rather than protecting the users, these actions push them into a corner, making them feel like outcasts in a financial world that desperately needs to adapt to the digital era.

I implore you, Chairman Gensler, to take a moment to reflect on the genuine aspirations of those who have embraced cryptocurrency with the hopes of a fairer and more inclusive financial system. We are not mere speculators or thrill-seekers; we are individuals who believe in the power of decentralized technologies to revolutionize the world for the better. We yearn for an environment that supports innovation while ensuring necessary safeguards to protect investors.
