@JioCare Till now issues is not resolved nor I got the refund nor I got the Sim. @reliancejio @JioCare what type customer service is this. If this is the case if you are not refunding my money I have to approach consumer Forum.

I booked a Jio SIM home delivery (ORN: NO00014HJ1G0). The delivery partner Karthik (M: 9398228924) was rude and refused delivery. Customer care wasn’t helpful and gave me an invalid number (177771951). I need the SIM today! Please resolve or cancel the order @reliancejio . #jio
