A little education on this. Yes moderate hutus died, yes twas died but not as a result of a systematic targeted killing with the aim of putting to extension ( the intention is what differentiates it from other killings). A genocide targets a certain group to exterminate them. In the holocaust polish died, black people, lgbtq members died but they were not the target hence the Genocide being named Genocide against Jews. Naming it the Rwanda Genocide takes out the “ intention” the intention was to exterminate Tutsis no Rwandans. Naming it the Rwandan Genocide is a form of historical revision to hide the intention through confusion.
