@ivan_bezdomny For me what I love is that:
1. Having a tough cycling schedule means I need to sleep well, eat well, skip booze.
2. I consider my job stressful. If I create a higher stress environment outside of work it makes work feel easier.
3. Competitive rush = adrenaline & flow state
