@DTDCIndia I sent an item from Delhi to Assam, hoping it'd get delivered by diwali. Instead my senior citizen parents receive call asking them to pick it up. I put a complaint,but since the delivery executive has marked the item as delivered, all I get is this reply again n again

@DTDCIndia they denied home delivery, after repeated requests when I said I'll file a complaint with DTDC, the executive threatened me and cut the call. The item had to be picked up, and that too after 4 days of reaching the destination. Since it was falsely marked delivered
