The Chiefs and people of Tarkwa, Huni have appealed to President Mahama to renew the mining agreement with Goldfields which expires in 2027.

Commercial underground mining started in Tarkwa by the British Colonial Government in 1874.

Goldfields have owned the mines since 1993.

The chiefs argue that, Goldfields operations has contributed significantly towards the development of their communities.

The curse of the #bbnaija show is when you think you’re normal but you’re actually not. A lot of these trolls are cursed without even realizing it. Going about insulting people for speaking the truth about the events of the show doesn’t make you powerful; it makes you small, very small and insignificant cos guess what, when the noise is over, you begin to wait for a new season to join another toxic fanbase where you’ll once again feel alive by trolling people.

The fact remains that your life is empty and if you think the satisfaction from insulting people online will fill it up with purpose, you’ve failed yourself.
