Central Invite today at Burke. Aaron Spanel starting things off with a new school record in the triple jump in 46-3! Still has a couple attempts left.

New triple PR of 45’8.50 at benson invite with a 46+ foot toe foul into the wind. No jumps under 45 feet. Not done yet, onto the next.

New triple pr again! 45’5.5 (currently all time pr) off 10 strides. Tried single arm today, worked out well.
