I truly don’t think people understand what affirmative action means. it’s not just picking random unqualified candidates and magically granting them college admission.
its literally about taking proactive steps to get diverse talent a CHANCE of being seen.
1 thing about it and two things for sure, I adore my friends. everyone knows that’s can’t do high maintenance friendships but i’m there when you need me. I genuinely appreciate all my friends that support and love me on the level I can receive it.
As somebody who did armed security is LICENSED to own and carry let me say a couple things
1. 30 intruders??? That’s a football team who are you beefing with?
2. You’re STATICALLY more likely to be killed during a home invasion trying to play hero. So he’s right the BEST option is to GET YOU AND YOUR KIDS OUT THE HOUSE. Her response of “oh I stand my ground” is heartbreaking. Y’all are not fucking John Wick y’all are gonna get y’all children and yourselves killed.
3. If it means protecting these kids from school shootings and putting an end to mass shootings as a whole I WILL GLADLY turn in my guns. I’m all for stricter gun laws and I feel like the ONLY ppl who aren’t are the ppl who have guns they don’t need and would probably be denied access to those guns if the laws changed.
and the people who are defending this and asking “where is the policy” are the exact reason public education as we know it will not exist in about 5-10 years.
my favorite thing in life is watching my best friends son try to figure out how him and my daughter are related.
he’s decided she’s either his little sister or his baby cousin. we just let him have it now.
