Go to one showcase when you’re in 8th grade. Jump into the deep end, learn how they work and be uncomfortable.
Then don’t go to a showcase in high school until you have something to showcase.
Warm up to throw. Don’t throw to warm up. And don’t stretch your shoulder.
Shoulders and arms should be burning and you should be sweating before you pick up a baseball to throw.
If you still think throwing weighted baseballs (heavier or lighter) is dangerous, then please stop throwing these, too. No more football. No more wall ball. No more whiffle ball.
@graysonfox15 has done a great job this past month with some mechanical adjustments. Improved control of his trunk + shorter arm path = better control of his arsenal.
I am excited and thankful to announce that I will be furthering my academic and athletic baseball career at Marymount University @MarymountBASE . I want to thank God, my family, friends and coaches who guided me and supported me on this journey. @chillcavsbase @VirginiaSpiders

Last bullpen of the summer with @JackAnderson_13 Initially, his slider and curveball were too similar in profile and velo to be 2 different pitches. Now has a sharp slider that profiles differently and 7-8 mph harder. Fastball last year was low 80s, now cruising at 85-88.
2024 Callum Early goes 2-3 with a 3B and 5 2-out RBI (yes 5) paces the Cards behind excellent pitching by Brady Sorokowski and Turner Johnson who combine for a 3H CG shutout 9-0 at @PG_Coastal 15u sean Smith added a 3B of his own as well. #BardinalFactor
Exit velo off a tee and pulldowns tell you what size engine an athlete has. They're only one part of the "car", but a very important part. Do you want to be a Ford Focus or a Mustang Cobra? I don't see a lot of the former at higher levels of play.
If you're a high school athlete who intends to play in college and stop lifting in season because you have too much homework or you're tired from school and practice, you're in for a rude awakening when you get to college.
