Being in real estate without AI will be like being an accountant without a calculator
The next leap forward is here
I build cool things and teach people AI
I do well with structure
Structure helps me deal with uncertainty
The more structure I have the more chaos I can manage. With less decision fatigue I can make better decisions when they’re called on.
So recently as a hobby project, I’ve been building out a sprint calendar that helps me take a brain dump and create a schedule. It’s optimized around my real life constraints.
Kids in the morning
One hour commute
Sprint rest work cadence
Dawn work block
power block schedule
The next updates are going to include a couple things one margin time, two the ability to be more easily flexible while ensuring it is making intelligent nudges and three the gym block is going to connect to my fitness agent
I follow a niche set fitness coaches including Ben Patrick, Phil Daru, Ben Bruno and more who I like to model my programming after
So I built an agent and created 90 day cycles with a goal and an algorithm to learn what helps me get my peak performance
It has phases within the 90 day cycles just like amping up for a fight
The goal is to build to a fitness test and learn what works by picking a goal, testing, working towards it for 90 days then re-testing.
I say all this to say that I try to build things like Legos, where you start with a base and then connect the blocks
One of my all-time favorite quotes from one of my all-time favorite entrepreneurs there are no big problems only 1000 small ones Henry Ford
Solve something, solve something else connect the two
Sooner rather than later, I’ll have a custom tool that saving me hours. Workout programming in and of itself can take hours, but it’s at minimum an hour per week.
And it’s connected right into my life app that’s designed specifically for me
@TravisH56960544@pmarca Everyone has a personal scale of injustice, so this comment is saying, yes he is the exact same as everyone else in the world.
I truly wonder why you think he cares if you wonder about how much he cares about injustice
The brain processes, images, way better than it does words
If AI is very similar to humans, this may be the case for them as well. We just haven’t figured it out yet.
It took me building AUI to understand why I no longer want to build a UI
Moving forward, my apps and builds will be predominantly markdown files and a simple inconsistent renderer
Insanely custom and useful for agents while being standardized enough that I know exactly where the information is and everything is familiar
Super cool to meet @CMPunk today
I've been a fan of his since ROH
There was a time period in my life where every pro wrestling match I watched was some combo of the following guys in 2002 - 2005 (mostly in ROH but you can find some combo in every major indy from the time period):
@SamoaJoe@AJStylesOrg
Bryan Danielson
CM Punk
Paul London
Christopher Daniels
Homicide
And a Briscoe
I used to think of building tools with code like building a building
The more I think about how the future is going to be the more I try to grow them like a tree
Have you guys seen @FlowbyGoogle?
It's awesome. Super under appreciated in the tool space for idea to execution speed on media
Agentic google is next level
I'm using codex and gpt 5.5 as my main tools. Great tools.
Speed in AI is one of the most important skills
Not only does it allow you to push the things you're doing forward, if everyone is moving as fast as possible to switch it also puts a lot of pressure on the model providers to provide the best options as fast as possible
Grok imagine has the potential to unlock the creation of real world. Asset generation added an insane rate.
Someone asked why Elon Musk was so fascinated with imagine
And I’ve wondered that myself thinking there has to be a useful and logical answer
I think this is it
