@aonanuga1956 So, anyone with an appointment letter from a business centre can get an office in a FG secretariat? No digital trail, just bring paper and get allocated an office. No key card policy.
Then, an agency as robust as the CBN also falls for the "con"?
What about the unanswered
@instablog9ja The lack of standards in Nigeria can be mind-boggling at times. There is zero regard for health and safety, and no proper PPE. How does a professional not get a crane with a worker bucket and instead decides to go about it like it's a stunt?
@AnambraNewMedia I am of the school of thought that the cost of a well-designed building & one into which zero intentionality was put wouldn't be too far apart, yet government officials continue to commission schools and buildings that look like something from 1980. They call it an 'ultra-modern'
@Imranmuhdz voting on the floor of the NASS. Important legislation shouldn't be approved based on voice votes, basically turning it into a shouting competition. Even with overwhelming opposition to bills, the SP or Speaker can overrule.
@Imranmuhdz While independent candidacy is good, it looks like something that has been added to appease lawmakers who lost their primary elections. Verification of signatures will be a problem. The most important bill which they didn't add which trumps everything suggested is electronic
@AIT_Online After 27 years of continuous democracy, Senators are still as unruly and unorganized as people arguing at a newspaper stand. Also, why does a Senator have earbuds in his ears during a public hearing?
@EverythingCar_X A vehicle meant to be used for spares is what they are bringing back to life, like the Undertaker. I hope the airbags are in good condition after everything.
@APSTDRLUCKYENI It's a sad reality. In 2004, we went from Warri to Minna by road. I lost count of how many times I slept and woke up, the journey was that long. We arrived past midnight with zero worries about safety. Today, night travel requires divine intervention.
@FinPlanKaluAja1 Nothing stops the FG from building one national hospital per geopolitical zone. It's simple, governors bid for it. States provide land, roads, staff housing, and part-funding tied to monthly FAAC allocations. The FG does the rest. Same system can roll out a national BRT.
@DrJoeAbah Unpopular opinion: The government should legalize it and tax the sellers. Anyone selling illegally then falls under the purview of the NDLEA and NRS.
@EverythingCar_X Shout out to Oye Automobiles. Even though some of his cars are CAT N and S, they still look very decent with minimal work to be done. If some people saw the state of their car before it was worked on, they might never have bought them.
@temitoayoo The architectural design of the house is lovely and a deviation from what we typically see on social media, but the interior decoration is a combination of hits and misses. The blue LED lights and artificial grass are just tacky.
@TosinOlugbenga Lemfi and Taptap. When Taptap allowed payments through Google Pay, it was my number one app, but since they started redirecting to one's bank app, it's more of a tie between them and Lemfi.
