What's locked can be unlocked. What's blocked, cannot be unblocked and has to be reissued.
For security reasons, the latter is what I require.

A. In the helpline (18001080) the automated agent cannot comprehend Hindi or English. The vicious cycle goes on until the system chooses to disconnect the call.
B. Your reward points portal does not work beyond logging in.
