@AmazonBusiness I tried to open a business account, and my new business number is linked to an Amazon account, which is not mine. I called support, and they didn't know what to do, and I can't have a business account. Terrible experience from the beginning. 👎

@AmazonHelp It is on the US site. So, again, another agent could not help. He even asked me if I could change my number; this is a business number; that's crazy. It took more than three hours and several calls, and your support team could not do anything.
