@nina712 yeah, so she didn't actually sing live in set. what we hear in the movie is a studio recording. which imo is the better way of doing movie musicals. but she still didn't have the voice for this role even though i adore emmy too.

@TheCinesthetic Bullshit. She sang as a kid in an opera choir and had no real formal training outside of that. What we hear in the movie and this clip is a studio recording. She was not suited to sing such a difficult score and this makes it sound like what we hear was recorded live on set.
