Jesus said they would do it:

Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets before you.
- ✞ 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝟓:𝟏𝟏-𝟏𝟐

❧

Friend, people are going to talk about you. They may call you names, accuse you of certain things, none of it will be true and none of it will actually matter.

In the end, their words and insults are absolutely irrelevant and cannot stop God’s favor and blessing on your life, here on earth.

And your reward in Heaven will be even greater. Those people can’t comprehend it because they can’t even comprehend your God.

❧

So pray for them. Don’t engage, just turn the other cheek and pray. Because when they slander and try to put you down, God starts to deal with them, then He further lifts you up.

This is a Scriptural principle and it is prophetic for someone today. Receive and tell Jesus how much you love Him. He is faithful and He is good.

❧

✞ 𝐃𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐲 𝟐𝟖:𝟕, 𝟏𝟎
7- The LORD will cause the enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before you. They will march out against you in one direction but flee from you in seven.

10- Then all the peoples of the earth will see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they will stand in awe of you.
