@Othman_Kamil Agree, but with the recent shortcomings of the initiatives we (our local+international collaborators) have taken in the Sarawak (Malaysia) film industry since 2019. We have stretched our resources too thin. It has always been an uphill battle. Now, we question the sustainability.

@Othman_Kamil Perhaps, need to focus on opportunities elsewhere US/Japan first. How much more cash do we need to burn? A higher level of discussion is very much needed. Been calling for constructive discussions with the local institution; takes forever, we may have different expectations.

@ZainAzraiTweets @Othman_Kamil @BFI This can help a maturing industry if executive producers have these criteria; vast quality of networks - not just random I know who & who; have creative resources for crazy marketing, better leverage the film, and can tap into a bigger pool of up-and-coming talents.
