In honour of Liza Minnelli’s 80th birthday here is an awful photo of me and her taken while a crazy stalker man was banging on the window shouting at her to let him in. She was lovely.
@elaine_stritch Follies is my favourite (specifically the National Theatre 2017 production), it has so many great songs, the costumes and set are stunning, it has a big dance number, and the cast is mostly older women which I love to see.
Best celebrity spot in a while, Sarah Lancashire and Kiera Knightly filming in Borough, I took a terrible photo because I had 4 dogs with me at the time
@se1 there is what looks to be a naked lady on the roof of the Bermondsey Sq Hotel, not sure if she is threatening to jump but there are lots of emergency services around
Thora Hird's performance in Alan Bennett's Talking Heads is always singled out, and quite right too. But Patricia Routledge's performance as Irene Ruddock in A Lady of Letters breaks your heart. I've never forgotten this scene.
Patricia was an incredible dramatic actress.
Took the dog for a walk and ended up caught in a racist march, so many red faced men, the racists certainly have a distinctive look, I was disappointed by the number of children I saw, and women
#racistmarch
I don’t know why they stripped Che down to his pants but I enjoyed watching him get covered in goop, I’m also glad they eventually let Eva put some clothes on
