@GeorgiaPower Your current easement doesn’t allow you to step foot in my yard and cut trees. You want it, pay for it after profiting from 6 rate increases since 2023.
Thank you @DunwoodyPolice for keeping it civil.

@JamesON57790739@ChoiceWarranty James, don’t be fooled, Kelley will not help. I have filed 7 claims on my furnace and each time CHW refuses to do anything but replace parts that failed every time and denied replacement/reimbursement. Better off canceling your policy and paying out of pocket for replacement.
@MadisonSK@ChoiceWarranty Any luck, Madison? I just cancelled my policy and paid out of pocket for a new furnace after being CHW client since 2017. Might try leaving a review on some the real estate companies that promote CHW. The sales people are quick to reach out and offer help. https://t.co/blWw9Y5lpm
@MadisonSK@ChoiceWarranty If so, voice this to the agent or brokerage that you purchased the policy from as negative feedback to them impacts company sales, which gets attention. You might also try calling CEO,Jim Mostofi, on his cell, (502) 295-4891.
@EdubD_Sports@ChoiceWarranty Welcome to the scam my friend. Kelley won’t help you, it’s just their way of making you think they care. I encourage you to leave your honest reviews on other social media accounts (the one CHW can’t block). https://t.co/blWw9Y5lpm
@Lerxst7770@ChoiceWarranty This sales team is responsible for networking with real estate brokers that position their warranty company in the home buying process. Impact those sales numbers and you might get someone that reaches out to help.
@Lerxst7770@ChoiceWarranty Robert, don’t expect Kelly to help. You will get the same denied claim for appliance replacement instead of appliance repair.
Try calling company CEO Jim Mostofi’s personal cell, (502) 295-4891. Or comment on their real estate sales team social media posts to “make some noise.”
@CamilleH57239@ChoiceWarranty You might also try “making some noise” with their Real Estate Account Executive sales team that focuses on real estate teams and brokers by commenting on their social media posts so their prospective clients can see how scamming this company is. Negative sales will turn heads.
@CamilleH57239@ChoiceWarranty Camille, don’t expect Kelly to help much and unfortunately I wouldn’t expect your state AG to help much. You will file a compliant with them and it may or may not get followed up bc the way CHW has their T&Cs.
Try reaching company CEO Jim Mostofi cell (502) 295-4891.
@thomasquigleyRE Did Lori get to tell you the horror stories how CHW denies every claim? Realtors who try to spin a home warranty for one year to see the sale of home are just as much the problem as the scamming warranty company.
