I'm experiencing health anxiety again, and I'm going to genuine i suck at taking care of myself. And my eating is worse, I'm so fucking scared. Being plagued by these thoughts of going to die because maybe I'm sick with a fatal disease.

To any psychiatric & therapist I've gone through, they fucking suck. No doctor i wouldn't drown myself in medication, I need to have a diagnosis first. And therapist stop testing on the same old fucking diagnosis!
