Thabisile Mgobhozi, 35, was stabbed to death, allegedly by her boyfriend, in KwaZulu-Natal. The horrific incident happened just days after Christmas.

After the boyfriend murdered Thabisile, he fled the scene but was apprehended by the community and handed over to the police. The couple has a child together. #WomenForChange #SayHerName

Zanele Dibaza, 21, was brutally attacked and beaten to death, allegedly by her boyfriend, in Greenfields, Gqeberha, on New Year’s Day, 1 January 2025.

It is reported that Zanele’s family was waiting for her, and when she didn’t arrive, her sister went to the boyfriend's home, where she found Zanele’s naked body. Zanele was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival. The boyfriend, 25, handed himself over to the authorities and has been charged with murder. Amanda Malaza, 37, was allegedly murdered by her boyfriend at his home in Mpophomeni, Howick, on 18 December 2024.

It is alleged that the boyfriend stabbed Amanda following an argument. He also attacked his own brother, who tried to intervene and help Amanda. The brother survived the incident. The boyfriend has since been arrested and faces charges of murder and assault. #WomenForChange #SayHerName

Ayabonga Mjilo, 23, lifeless body was found buried in her work manager's yard in Inanda, Durban, on 4 January 202. She was last seen with the suspect on 23 December 2024 after leaving a restaurant in Umhlanga.

It is alleged that Ayabonga was strangled to death following an argument with her manager at his home. He then allegedly buried her in his backyard. An investigation led police to the suspect, where Ayabonga's lifeless body was discovered, and the man was arrested. Fly high, Sister. #WomenForChange #SayHerName
