If lee is not buying much hp, rookerns shield is not that great, and if they can secure a quick kill, DD is simply better to tank a burst. But yeah, rookern is by far the only good mr choice rn

@Sfrags01 @razlol old runes let you have more plain stats ingame, one of the small runes was a 1% critchance, if it proc'd in lanephase it was a guaranteed won lane.

Theres a popular clip out there of a lee sin top who had 2 crits back to back it was insane back then
