My brother taught me how to spend my money.
Growing up, I usually felt better using my money to help other people than splashing it on myself. Otherwise, I just save it. There was that fear of just spending big on myself.
He simply told me to learn how to enjoy my money because if you don't enjoy your money and spend it on what you need, you'll end up spending it on what you don't need. I'm not fully there yet, but I'm a lot better than before.
When a man truly loves a woman, his deepest desire is to relieve her of all the fears and burdens that prevent her from being the sweet girl she longs to be, and when a woman truly loves a man, she wishes to collapse into him so she is free to be that girl. This is their purity.
"I started going to the Palo Alto public library to read about rocket engineering and started calling experts, asking to borrow their old engine manuals. Most people self-limit their ability to learn. It's pretty straight forward-just read books and talk to people."
