So yeah don’t feel bad if you miss a day or 2 because of it. Some cycles you can push through it sometimes it’s too much to even try just go with the flow there are no rules
I seen someone say your period isn’t an excuse to skip the gym & I beg to differ. When my insides are being ripped apart & cramps radiating to my legs i swear I’m not thinking about no damn dumbbells
I hate to waste food but one thing about me if it’s nasty it’s going in the garbage. Idc how healthy it is nasty is nasty & I’ll find an alternative.
Working out alone is my favorite its my therapy but having a workout partner is also top tier because on the days where I’m really not feeling it having somebody that’s ready to go & pushing you to go always helps.
