@airtelindia Considered switching to Airtel from Jio due to network issues, but I’m rethinking it. Promised SIM delivery today, but no one showed up. Contacted customer care—zero interest in resolving this. Disappointing experience!

@ACTFibernet - I have been told that the router will be collected from the new address after shifting to new place. Now ACT people are saying that I need to courier that with my own cost to the ACT office. Why did you promise before that it will be collected?
