It also gave me knowledge of the crucial work that @a_trushna is doing for menstruators in India with @_beyondblood to regularly highlight menstrual concerns, particularly regarding PMDD. The story is also supported by the narratives of two other members of @_beyondblood.
Working with communities on stories that can have impact means everything to me. It also feels wonderful to be recognised for this work. This story I worked on for @TheSwaddle on #MenstrualAndMentalHealth won Special Mention @SRFmentalhealth Media for Mental Health Awards!
