I was at the hospital yesterday for head injury. I got assisted by this student doctor from Sweden. He said they come to South Africa for Trauma simulation training because they rarely get any case of stabbed wounds and gun shots in Sweden

If you observe in majority of companies nowadays, women outnumber men. And this is by design, men are intentionally being shut out of the corporate environment

Of all the graduates each year, observe the employment ratio of men to women. Almost all the women are absorbed into the corporate. And the young men are left to themselves, that's why most of them now operate out of the corporate environment

Explains why even few young men are now considering furthering their education to varsity level. Because they know it's a waste of their time, those years in varsity they could be utilizing them in hustling

The education system itself is fvcked up, the boys are being neglected and the girls being promoted. It is now seen as a "win" that they're more female graduates than male graduates. Instead of realizing it's an actual problem

Conclusion - to the young men, you're on your own, the system doesn't give a sh!t about you. Your only option is to team up and build your own systems.
