Buckley took over a team that had just won a Premiership followed by a Runner-Up. Making another GF would've been the base expectation. But he went 4th, 6th, 11th, 12th, 12th & 13th before making it. Hinkley took a team from 14th to a Prelim in 2yrs and then 3 more in '20 '21 & '24. Hinkley Coached in 7 Finals series compared to Buckley's 5. Hope that helps.
