CLARIFICATION: New York City FC has clarified that non-premium / non-hospitality season tickets at Etihad Park will be available on a single-season basis.
My previous post was based on information I received from two staff members, but the club says that information was mistaken

Was told yesterday by #NewYorkCityFC staff that season tickets for non-premium seats will only be available on multi-year deals. Single season options will not be available. Final details still to be ironed out, but it looks like 3-year commitments at a minimum.
