@praytherosary It’s a sacrament close to my heart. I truly discovered Jesus and grew to know him more at a deeper level in the confessional. The graces received through this sacrament have been neglected by people for too long.
It’s Sunday. A day of rest. A day to meditate on the fact that God has given you another day to show him how capable his creation can be.
Tomorrow is a new day - prepare yourself to get to work, knock things out of the park, and show others how great you actually are.
@JamesLucasIT We have the Pietà all throughout our house. The perfect reminder of true sacrifice, trust, and sorrow. No human did it better than our Blessed Mother!
Too many people think they need to be on a picturesque setting like this in order to clear their mind and recharge. Like a longing that most can’t fulfill. “If I just had a vacation there…” it’s a nice thought, but not true. Perspective is everything.
@praytherosary Everything will heal once we realize this nourishment is what sustains us, what strengthens us, and what draws us closer to eternal fulfillment.
@TFTC21 John Jacques Rousseau suggested that the general will of the people governs, where freedom is achieved by abiding laws set by the people.

This week on Khloé in Wonder Land, I sit down with motivational speaker and #1 NY Times bestselling author @JayShetty for a candid conversation about trauma, healing, and self-worth. Episode drops Wednesday on X and Thursday wherever you get your podcasts.
@Matt_Pinner One of my goals is to buy land, build a cabin exactly like this, and retreat to it every weekend with my family. The perfect solitude recharge from society.

I currently have seven kids ranging from 2 to 16 1/2. My three older kids I have not let on social media nor do they have phones that would allow it.
We’ve talked with our two high school boys directly about social media and if they feel that they are missing out. They both feel like they are better off without it because they see the problems that it’s causing with the other kids.
@jordanbpeterson Unfortunately this very statement is why millions of people justify selfish luxuries to “take care of themselves” with no evidence of improving. It’s a vicious cycle of self gratification and destruction
A pure heart create for me, O God, put a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from your presence, nor deprive me of your holy spirit.
Give me again the joy of your help; with a spirit of fervor sustain me, that I may teach transgressors your ways and sinners may return to you.
O rescue me, God, my helper, and my tongue shall ring out your goodness. O Lord, open my lips and my mouth shall declare your praise.
