🐍 Python → connects to Alpaca WebSocket
→ aggregates 1-min bars into 4H candles
→ computes EMA 200 + MACD + RSI live
→ fires signal over TCP socket

⚙️ Rust → receives signal on port 9999
→ checks 5% stop-loss
→ sizes position at 25% of capital
→ places real order on Alpaca
