Over a year ago, @tixbase was implementing a newly refined business strategy with fresh contracts from major ticket providers, including PASSO. That's when @EmilLjesnjanin approached me with his vision and asked if I could help bring Tixbase to market.
I joined as a strategic advisor in July 2024. Together, we identified a fundamental problem: ticketing platforms are broken. Legacy systems create unnecessary intermediaries that extract value from sellers and fans, lack seamless interoperability, and enable counterfeit tickets and bots that undermine the entire market.
Our solution leverages blockchain technology to streamline these inefficiencies. But how do you communicate this story and execute a marketing strategy that drives real business growth?
Using learnings from past career experience at @AVAX, @AirSwap, and more, we built a brand strategy around empowering event businesses to "Unleash Endless Opportunity." From there, we established multi-channel digital marketing capabilities, signed additional customers (announcements coming soon), and scaled operations significantly.
