@FlyntTheSmith A brief look of shock passed over their features before they grinned, flexing their hand to watch the fluidity of the movements.
"Mage hand?" They did have it available to them, but having an extra would be incredibly helpful.
"You're too kind to me, you know."
@FlyntTheSmith Coral stared at the bracelet for a moment, admiring it. It looked cute and would absolutely go with their wardrobe.
The comment about it being handy threw them, though. How could a bracelet be handy?
Putting it on anyways, they shot Flynt a quizzical look.
@FlyntTheSmith It was probably for the best he hadn't suggested anything. His whiskey looked far too strong for their tastes.
"To a new partnership."
They raised their own glass, a smile spread across their features.
@FlyntTheSmith They pouted at his drink 'suggestion', settling for a nice red wine and a glass of water.
The food looked wonderful, though, and they took a closer look at his recommendation. "I'll take that, then. Thank you." Coral smiled at the pixie, thanking her quietly.
@FlyntTheSmith "No allergies, rare preferably. To drink.... Hm." They glanced to Flynt. "Any recommendations?" Usually they would settle with wine or water, but figured it couldn't hurt to at least try something new.
@FlyntTheSmith They thanked him softly as they sat, still in awe of the place. It was truly nothing like what they had seen back home. The Aasimar smiled, leaning back into Flynt as he spoke.
"It's wonderful. It'll be easy to get used to."
@FlyntTheSmith - This moment alone made moving worth it. The nobility and stuck up wealthy families in the West could never create this raw atmosphere, and their chefs could never replicate the quality of the food.
"Thank you. For bringing me here." They offered a genuine smile.
@FlyntTheSmith His parents.... They made a mental note to ask later. Maybe when they were better acquainted.
"Oh, um... High. Stairs and I don't tend to agree." They let out a quiet laugh, taking in the beauty of the building. It was well made and honestly incredibly impressive architecture.-
@FlyntTheSmith - at the sign, looking over the building. It wasn't /stunning/, but that's not what they asked to go to. It certainly would do the job. And if a nobleman reccomended it, then it had to be good.
@FlyntTheSmith This side of the wall....
"You're from the west too?" They tilted their head, looking him over. He was handsome, yes, but there was no other defining trait that would tie him to the west. Unless...
No. That would be silly.
"Ah- it looks like a nice place." They glanced up -
@FlyntTheSmith The Aasimar let out a breath they didn't realise they had been holding at his response. Thank the gods he wasn't an asshole.
"Ah.. I'm glad you think so. Been there most of my life. I don't actually think I've been to this part of town. Maybe once..." They hummed in thought.
@FlyntTheSmith They went to respond before realising that their clothes were a little too nice for this part of town.
"... Yes." They didn't know how well received this information would be to the blacksmith. He was a pretty distinguishable high elf, so hopefully not too badly.
