@Se_Railway I bought a ticket last night to load on to my key for travel today but it won’t load on to my key using my phone. I can see the ticket in my account and my phone can read the key fine but I just get an error when I try to load the ticket. Please help!

@StagecoachSE I’d love to believe this but it’s been going on for months now and just seems to be getting worse. People rely on buses but at the moment it’s just not feasible to use your service to be on time for anything!

Incredible, look at today’s offerings from @StagecoachSE the 10:15 apparently due at 10:55… but in between there’s a 10:30 which hopefully will turn up. Then the 10:45 is due at 11:23. There comes a point where you have to admit this just isn’t working!!

We seem to have been stranded by @TheRAC_UK who are supposed to be relaying us and our car across the country. First driver has ditched us at services in the middle of nowhere with no idea of how our onward journey is supposed to work. Every time we call we get different answer!
