2026 年 5 月 7 日左右，知名比特币和 AI 投资者 Fred Krueger（@dotkrueger）推出 https://t.co/JPRTVAegST，作为密码朋克先驱 Hal Finney原 RPOW 的现代致敬和复刻版本。项目采用现代加密工具（Ed25519 签名、magic-link 认证、Postgres 数据库账本），但保留了核心精神：固定 2100 万供应上限、类似比特币的减半机制（每铸造 100 万枚币增加一位 trailing-zero 难度调整），以及 PoW 挖矿体验。

最新用户增长与活跃度（5 月下旬高峰）

矿工数量激增：截至 5 月 25 日，RPOW2 已拥有 超过 276,000 名活跃矿工，甚至超过 Fred Krueger 本人 X 账号的粉丝增长速度（他每天新增约 1000 粉丝）。

5 月 19 日左右，Fred Krueger 亲自在休息时间“refurbishing”（翻新）RPOW2，处理 268K 用户规模下的优化，并推进 SRPOW 到 RPOW 的桥接开发。
5 月 25 日：Solana Unwrap（解包）功能出现“out of Gas”问题，Fred 迅速修复，并确认 unwrap 操作和 inbound swap burn（销毁）正常处理。桥接已实现双向流动，支持跨链体验。

不过，目前从solana链跨至主网暂未向用户开放。
