God will continue to bless my landlord. My rent when I moved into my apartment in 2019 was 320k. This man didn't increase the rent for 4years. When he did, he took it to 600k, the letter he sent for the increment, he said he's open for dialogue about the rent. None of us complained about it cos 2 bedroom flats half the size of this one I occupy in the same estate in Iyana-Ipaja goes for atleast 1.5-2m now. It's been 2yrs, and we are still on 600k.
