Dr Teal's really needs to improve their deodorant. I bought it recently with high expectations, but the scent was so unpleasant that it completely put me off. I was genuinely disappointed.
Honestly, thank God I watched it despite the negative comments from some people. It was actually a good watch. Kudos to all the cast members. They all brought their A game.
~ You are a liar if you actually come out to say BLOOD SISTERS 2 isnโt a good project. Na see finish dey make una dey look Nollywood less.

What happened to Ostrich sef? They sold some really nice stuff then. Their coconut bread and sponge cake was my fave back then. What happened to the business? Or does it still function at your location?

Growing up, we visited my aunt often, we lived in the same town, and she was our closest family relative. One day, I went to visit alone and was scrolling through channels on dstv when she walked in and said, "Drop that remote, you don't have dstv in your house." I was stung!
If aunties are to be counted as family members, then Iโd like to share this.
Sometime around 2013โ2015, I went to stay with my aunt in Abuja because I had been sick and she wanted me to come over and fully recover. My parents agreed, so I went.
When I got there, I realized the environment was very different. There were constant power issues, and my aunt only used the generator at night after work. During the day, I was alone in a new place with no electricity, no one to talk to, and no neighbors I could relate with.
Because of that, I had to keep going out to charge my phone. I would use it for a while, go charge it, bring it back, and repeat the process until evening.
One day, while charging my phone, I met a guy who offered me his power bank. He said I could use it during the day and return it in the evening, then collect it again the next morning. I didnโt think anything of itโI was young and just grateful for the help.
For about a week, I kept going to his door to collect and return the power bank. He never invited me inside; I would just meet him at the entrance and leave.
Then one day, things went wrong.
My aunt didnโt leave for work as early as usual. Around that time, the guy came to drop off the power bank, assuming I was alone. He knocked, and my aunt asked me to check who it was. When I saw him, I was confused because my aunt is very strict about men. ๐
As he was explaining that he just came to drop the power bank, my aunt overheard and immediately got furious. She didnโt ask me any questions or try to understand what happened. Instead, she started insรผlting me and even called my other aunties to report that I had started โfollowing men.โ ๐ญ๐ญ I cried
She then told me to pack my things and leave.
One of my other aunties tried to intervene and said she should at least hear my side of the story, but my aunt didnโt listen. She only allowed me to stay that night, and the next day, she sent me packing.
Till today, weโre not close. I donโt h8 her, but we donโt have a relationshipโand honestly, Iโm okay with that.
