He’s sued specifically to tell certain lies and has publicly fought regulatory agencies over which lies he gets to tell. We’re all liars and he’s no exception.

Kimbal is extremely well connected in the finance world and was at minimum a professional acquaintance of Jeffrey Epstein’s.

Every investment of his after that was using capital that wasn’t personally significant or not directly his. He’s a VC.

That’s it. Every other company he calls himself a founder of is the result of him buying or suing for the right to call himself such.

I get why they thought it would work, but now we firmly know that it doesn’t, so let’s organize around better solutions.
